According to an article recently completed by Naples News, the floor plans for a new home to be located in the Florida Keys have been completed. The plan, completed by Weber Design Group, Incorporated, features a transitional West Indies home for high-end residential homebuilder WR Stancel. Specifically, three bedrooms are featured in the plan, which totals six thousand one hundred and fifty three square feet. Two master suites are included, in addition to two other guest rooms. Four full baths are available, with another half bath provided as well. The house also contains a formal study, grand staircase and elaborate ceiling designs throughout; ocean views are provided from nearly every room of the house, as designed to accommodate for a specific oceanfront lot in the Keys.
The article details the design. For the exterior of the house, a circular driveway leads up to the two-story structure that will be covered in a light gray stucco finish, dark gray stacked stone and white precast banding. Blue shutters were crown all the uniquely circular windows, complete with grill work accented by Bahamas shutters and a wooden trellis. Finally, the concrete tile of the roof will be a complimenting shade of slate gray.
The lowest level of the house consists of a carport that can hold up to ten vehicles, with room to spare for storage. The main living area can be entered through a pair of wooden doors, which open to the foyer and the grand staircase. Glass doors in the room provide a grand sighting of the Atlantic Ocean. In the great room, the next room to be found after entering through the foyer, a large entertainment unit is provided, which, when not in use, tucks away to be completely hidden. The kitchen comes complete with a walk-in pantry, a large island, two dishwashers and a double sink.
